How we work
At Catch the Sun Communications, Maddie and her team of proofreaders, editors, copywriters and marketing professionals work across a wide range of projects, including websites, brochures, articles, eDMs, flyers, ads, blogs, publications, social media, annual reports, press releases, point of sale items, outdoor advertising, online marketing, packaging, essays, dissertations, novels, manuscripts, business proposals, PR and more.
Our clients range from fast-paced global advertising agencies and the marketing departments of blue-chip brands, to government departments, small businesses and even university dissertation students.
All Catch the Sun Communications projects begin with a client request or briefing, where our Director, Maddie, will discuss your job requirements thoroughly, either via email, in a face-to-face meeting or over a Skype or FaceTime call.
You’ll then be provided with a quote based on our initial discussion – either in GB£ for UK clients or AU$ for Australian-based clients – along with an estimate of turnaround time and, if these are accepted, the project will be added to Catch the Sun’s schedule of works. Your job will then be completed quickly and professionally, to a high-quality standard, before the agreed deadline, and invoiced in your choice of either GB£ or AU$ currency.
Catch the Sun Communications is also happy to undertake ongoing monthly retainer projects. We often operate as an extension of an advertising agency’s account handling team or a company’s marketing department, helping busy groups to meet their website launch dates or campaign development deadlines. As many of our team members possess exceptional client liaison skills, we’re regularly provided with company email addresses by our clients and welcomed as trusted members of their day-to-day operations.
